Ruby Randoms

Once, when Marie was over, we pulled out Ruby's old bouncer becuase I happen to know that Marie loves to sit in her's... Ruby loved it!  We kept it out for almost a week becuase every time she saw it, she'd climb right in it and try to buckle herself in.  She liked it when she was tiny... but never like this newfound love.

Making a mess during meal time is nothing new... making a mess like this?  Ruby's entire head was caked in broccoli cheese soup.  Yum.

She now hates this activity... the last two times we've done it, she has started crying pretty quickly.  Which is really too bad becuase she used to love it.  Ah well, it's meant to be fun so if it's not fun, I guess it's time to move on.  Sigh.

A couple weeks ago when both Parker and Ruby were feeling sick, I caught them hanging out like this.

How we found our little girl the after our late night drive home from a neighbor's.  Guess she couldn't find her binky so she started sucking on her toes instead.  Without making any fuss in her little seat at all.

She is no longer content to listen to Parker play his guitar... she always tries to play herself by climbing right up to him and strumming right along.

Also important to note in the above picture is the necklace.  Ruby is currently obsessed with necklaces.  Not in like a crying way, but everytime she sees one, she is certain to put it on.  By herself.  The right now.  And then she just leaves it on usually until we are leaving the house and I take it off.   Such a girl.
