Just Nothing

Sometimes doing "just nothing" in Utah is my favorite thing to do.

It's the people we don't get enough of and the moments we don't cherish enough.

It's running through the sprinklers with your cousins in nothin' but a diaper on a Sunday evening.

It's squishing your face into the glass door.

And tummy time with your wee babe.

It's loving on your uncles even when they don't want it...

And when they do.

It's being little.

And then growing up big to see that there's a new baby in town.

It's holding on tight.

It's learning to CHA CHA CHA with your grandpa.

It's walking into the kitchen to see you're sporting the same get up as your little (BIG!) brother.   But also knowing he rocks it wayyy better than you.

It's eating ice cream and riding in trains.

It's knowing you are entirely adored.

It's grass thats soft enough to sit in!

And houses that make you feel at home.

It's teddy bear shaped pancakes on a princess plate for breakfast.

And so many new toys you hardly know where to start.

It's date nights just because.

And triple dates because I insist.

It's day dates with my little brothers and kiddies.  And it's Cafe Rio.

It's catching gems like these... (Ruby praying with Sara during her Relief Society Presidency meeting and little Coleman)

 It's the breathtaking views.

And the oh, so tired babies.

All that nothing is what makes it so hard to go back home... Utah was wonderful to us.
